Services Offered

Leadership Coaching

In the Value Discovery sessions, we will identify your leadership values, style, and uncover where you feel stuck.  Through assessments (with feedback from peers, direct reports, and managers), you will get a snapshot of who you currently are as a leader.  In the Leadership Coaching sessions, we will work with you to define who you want to be as a leader, how you want to lead your team, and work with you to set goals.

Team Culture Coaching

Building a team culture is not an episodic event, but requires conscious and continuous effort. You need a trusted confidant with the skills to help you refine your ideas, and the expertise to facilitate these activities.  Working together, we will serve as your sounding board and ideation partner through designing and executing retreats, workshops, and seminars to align the team with your vision and strategy.
